Ethics as a guide for desired behavior
Everyone wants to feel safe, no matter the place or situation. A shared sense of ethics plays a key role in reaching this goal.
Ethicall is an agency that works on ethics within organizations. At Ethicall, we like to describe ethics as a guide to behavior—desired behavior, to be precise. Ethicall supports organizations in creating a shared narrative of values and norms, building a foundation of trust.
A lot is being said about undesired behavior. At Ethicall, we prefer to talk about desired behavior. To create a meaningful environment where everyone feels safe, respected, and valued, it is essential to describe what that environment looks like. In general terms, it is a workplace where people are treated fairly, equally and with respect. A place where diversity is embraced, and everyone feels the freedom to be themselves and contribute.
At Ethicall, we guide organizations in defining desired behavior—strengthening trust and workplace well-being.
How can Ethicall help?
When ethics within an organization come under pressure, Ethicall offers three solutions: mediation, (external) confidential advisory services, and training. From individuals to large (international) companies and smaller organizations in the public sector—anyone seeking guidance on ethics and desired behavior can turn to us. At Ethicall, we focus on what desired behavior can bring to an organization in the long run. By doing this, we contribute to the solution rather than adding to the problem.
We collaborate with a broad and diverse network of professionals and trainers, making sure we always identify the right fit for both you and the organization.
Our approach is to facilitate conversations, even when they require courage. We like to keep things simple. An independent third party from Ethicall guides all discussions in an informal, accessible manner, always prioritizing respect and safety.

MEDIATION
Is it common to avoid difficult conversations in your workplace, or does your organization work around them? Conflicts can be complicated. Ethicall provides guidance through an independent third party, ensuring informal and accessible mediation. We believe in the power of face-to-face conversation by rebuilding the connection between people.

CONFIDENTIAL ADVISOR
Nowadays, even legally, every organization needs a confidential advisor. Sometimes, it may not be desirable to assign an internal confidential advisor. Ethicall is proud to act as an external confidential advisor so that neutrality will be guaranteed at all times. Ethicall
chooses a visible approach, so that (cultural) change can take place.

TRAINING
How does your team handle conflicts? How do you, as a leader, create an impact during difficult conversations? What behavioral standards does your company strive for? Ethicall provides training to organizations on issues related to behavior and ethics.
